Brief introduction:
SE Proximity Transducer System is made up of preamplifier and electric vortex
probe. It is one of the Proximity Transducer System. Due to its reliability of longtime
work, high sensitivity, strong anti-jamming ability, and adopting non-contact
measure, its rapidness of response, its ability of enduring high temperature, and it
can be continuously used in severe surroundings such as oil, vapor, water, and its
measure does not influenced by medium such as oil and vapor, it has been widely
used in large and medium corporation of electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy,
steel ,aviation and spaceflight. It can provide online monitor and safety protection
to axis position, vibration, rotate speed, expand difference, partiality, and oil film
thickness of kinds of rotate mechanisms. It can provide holographic and dynamic
identity for precise diagnoses system ,and can protect equipment effectively.
Electric vortex position transducer system mainly includes probe ,extending
cable(can be selected),pro condition implement, and accessories. Its linearity range
is wide, and dynamic response is good, and anti-jamming ability is strong.
Operational principle:
SE Proximity Transducer System is a non-contact transducer according to
principles of high frequency electric vortex effect. The high frequency current
produced from pro condition implement flow into probe loop and produce a high
frequency electromagnetic field. When a metal move near to it, due to the
influence of high electromagnetic field, the face of the metal will produce
faradism ,that is electronic vortex. The current will produce a alternating current
change magnetic field and its direction is opposite to loop magnetic field. The
pile-up of the two magnetic fields will change the resistance of original loop. So
the distance of probe and metal can be measured through the change of the
resistance. The pro condition implement puts out a direct current voltage which
has a direct ratio to distance. "Joint" corporation produce series probes ,head
diameter of which is φ3、φ5、φ8、φ11、φ14、φ18、φ25、φ35、φ36、φ50、
φ60,linearity range is 0.5mm to 30mm,and have capability to Philips and Bently
products. The temperature excursion is under 0.05%/.The connection is strong,
and has good anti-pull and anti-tweak ability .It has high frequency coaxial-cable
and handsome metal protection. Pro condition implement is a electric signal
processor .It can turn distance of probe and metal to voltage or current signals of
linearization, and then send them to second meter or computer system. It is
matched with PPS insulated industrial plastic ,and is fixed conveniently. The
design of fault-tolerant: any fault of connecting error can not destroy it. It has deep
negative-feedback technology of electric line, and high work stability. The
standard output trait equation has guaranteed consistency of output. It can be
selected to normal temperature(-30°C~70°C) and high temperature (-30°C~100°C)
according to users.
