FIELD CONFIGURABLE PREMIUM VIBRATION & TEMPERATURE SIGNAL CONDITIONERS

Now, personnel who are not “vibration experts” can easily recognize alarm conditions using theVibro50 standard process control signal to interface with standard PLC, DCS and SCADA systems. The Vibro50 Switch provides highend vibration protection in a small, low profile package. When you mount it directly to your rotating or reciprocating equipment, it monitors signs of vibration and activates on board relay when a high- level is reached.

Features:

• Analog based system provides the industry’s most accurate filtering. Four pole filters at 2 Hz and 20 Hz add flexibility to monitoring options
• DIP switches allow easy “field configuration” for adjustable time delay .
• Accepts a variety of signal input; ICP and AS100 Acceleration sensor (see below)
• Local LED for alarm , power and self test indication
• Potentiometer for field adjustable alarm level.
