3000 Monitoring System

The Vibro 3000 Monitoring System enables operators, vibration specialists, maintenance personnel, and others to acquire and display Machine Train vibration data at several different locations simultaneously.
The Vibro Rack 3000 System is intended for continuous, permanent monitoring of rotating and reciprocating machinery in a variety of industries, and is suitable for auto-shutdown machinery protection applications.

• Control panel (panel)or 19-inch cabinet (rack) mounting options for the 3000 Monitor Rack.
• Maximum channel density of 24 channels per monitor rack
• Accepts a variety of signal inputs; Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement
• Full networking capabilities on Ethernet compatible systems.
• The 3000 Monitoring System consists of CPU card with a Communications Gateway Module , Vibration cards , Relay Card and power card.
• Relay Modules accept alarm data from one or more monitor modules and evaluates Alert and Danger monitor outputs using And-Or logic to produce relay outputs.
• Capability of measuring the DC-gap for thrust
• Standards include(IEC 61000-6-2,61000-6-4 safety (IEC61010 , IEC 61508 , IEC 61511)
