TThe BDS is easy and quick to assemble. The
high-pressure push-in type fittings, exclusively from
LINCOLN, save assembly time and facilitate installa-
tion in lubrication points which are difficult to access.
The lubrication points are connected to one or two
lubrication fittings centrally supplied with grease
by a manual grease gun or a pneumatic grease
pump. This ensures that all lubrication points receive
the optimum amount of grease.
Especially for tractors and
semitrailers, this system has
the advantage that the
semitrailer no longer has
to be removed in order
to grease the fifth wheel.
Due to its modular design,
the BDS can be expanded or
retrofitted with an automatic
central lubrication pump
(QUICKLUB 203) at any time.
The system (with or without
a pump) is suitable for greases
up to NLGI class 2 as well as
for fluid greases of NLGI classes 000, 00 and 0.
